113 - Cajun Chess (http://cajunchess.com/) has donated many excellent prizes and awards for Saturday’s Polgar Party and Fundraiser for Amelia, Colette, and Laura at Matthews Presbyterian Church from 11 AM to 4 PM.

The more than 20 raffle prizes include StickyChess sets (http://www.stickychess.com/), a copy of Winning Chess Tournaments for Juniors by Robert M. Snyder, analysis sets and boards, ChessMaster 8000 software, checkbook style folding travel chess sets, magnetic travel chess sets, scorebooks, and chess board mouse pads.

Every person entering will receive 2 free raffle tickets. But the first 25 school-age children entering will receive two bonus tickets in addition, for a total of 4. (Extra tickets will be available to all ages at the rate of 25 cents each or 5 for $1.)

1. We will draw three tickets every hour on the hour from 12 to 3. If the person holding the corresponding stub is present, they will get their choice of gifts available for that drawing. If the ticket holder is not present, another ticket will be drawn and the first placed back in the hopper, and so on until we get 3 winners.

2. At 3:30, we will have the main and final drawing for several additional prizes. You do not have to be present to win at this drawing (but anyone staying to help clean up after the drawing is over will be more than welcome).

The prizes for this final raffle include a copy of Winning Chess Tournaments for Juniors by Robert M. Snyder, a large StickyChess set, a small StickyChess set, analysis sets and boards, copies of ChessMaster 8000 software, and more.

Plus, you will get play in chess tournaments and eat free hot dogs, drinks, snacks, and desserts. Stay all day and have hours of chess fun or just drop in, but show up to support the girls.

Remember, all profits from the party will go to Amelia and Laura’s travel expense fund.

Note to parents: Please do not leave your children at the party unless an adult who will be present at the party has agreed to be responsible for your child.
