McCartney Promoted to Chief TD for CCC! Charlotte, NC 11-26-06:  Effective immediately, and until further notice, LTD Patrick McCartney will take over as Chief Tournament Director for the Charlotte Chess Club. This includes full responsibility for all technical decisions associated with the Bertucci's events as well as Wednesday evening rounds at Wendys. Fuerstman will continue as chief organizer and Assistant TD by greeting and registering new members, collecting entry fees, occasionally competing and editing the website.
