I am excited to report that effective immediately, the Charlotte Chess Club has relocated to the Skyland Family Restaurant, 4544 South Blvd, Charlotte. For almost 50 years, Skyland has been a landmark business in Charlotte with great food and beverages at very competitive prices and open 24 hours! (On the light rail line!) This will allow for longer time controls and plenty of analysis and skittles after the games (for those of you who want to play speed chess until 3am, here is your chance!) The new time control is G90 (or shorter if both players agree). Top Section 1st Place is $100!
